Stratal Verify · Document assurance
Stratal Verify is a forthcoming cloud service for client document submissions, assurance checks and legislative requirements. A score out of 100% will help teams understand readiness, identify missing information and address gaps that could delay work.
In development. Cloud browser access is planned, with desktop, mobile and tablet applications to follow.
A structured view of assurance
Incomplete submissions can hold up planning, approvals and mobilisation. Stratal Verify is being developed to give clients and reviewing teams a clearer view of what has been supplied, what is missing and what needs attention.
01 · Submissions
Clients submit documents for assessment against the assurance and information requirements relevant to the work. Bring the supporting material into a clear review process.
02 · Checks
Review completeness, key data and legislative requirements together. Highlight gaps that need to be resolved before the submission can support an informed decision.
03 · Readiness
A score out of 100% provides a concise readiness indicator. The accompanying findings explain the missing information behind the assessment so teams can focus on the next action.
Planned workflow
The planned process connects client submissions with structured checks and actionable findings. Reviewing teams retain responsibility for the decisions that allow work to proceed.
The client provides the documents and supporting information needed for the assurance review.
Stratal Verify checks the submission for the relevant information, assurance criteria and legislative requirements within the assessment scope.
The assessment presents a score out of 100% alongside missing key data, absent evidence and requirements that need attention.
Clients and reviewing teams use the findings to address missing information and determine the next steps before work moves forward.
Practical assurance visibility
Stratal Verify is intended to make incomplete assurance information easier to identify before it becomes an operational blocker. Its findings will focus attention on the gaps in a submission rather than presenting a score in isolation.
Understanding the 100% score
The percentage is intended to summarise the assessment against its defined requirements. A higher score should reflect a more complete submission within that scope.
The detailed findings remain essential: a missing critical requirement may need attention regardless of the overall percentage.
Assessment criteria, weighting and treatment of critical gaps will be confirmed as the service is developed.
Planned access
Cloud browser access will provide the web route into Stratal Verify. Dedicated desktop, mobile and tablet applications are planned to extend access across office and field environments.

Planning your assurance process
Client documents submitted for assurance checks, completeness and relevant legislative requirements. The assessment will highlight missing key information that could affect readiness or delay work.
It is intended to indicate readiness against the defined assessment requirements. The score should be read with the findings, including any critical information gaps. Final scoring criteria will be confirmed as the service develops.
No. The score supports the assurance process; it is not a legal opinion or a compliance certificate. Responsible teams must review the findings and make the required operational, assurance and legislative decisions.
Clients submit the supporting documents. Reviewing teams use the assessment, percentage score and missing-information findings to identify gaps and determine what needs to be resolved before work proceeds.
Stratal Verify is coming soon. A launch date has not been announced. Cloud browser access is planned, with dedicated desktop, mobile and tablet applications to follow. Contact Stratal to discuss your requirements.
