Document assurance before work begins

Incomplete submissions hold up planning, approvals and mobilisation. Stratal Verify gives clients and reviewing teams a clear, shared view of what has been supplied, what is missing and what needs attention. Clients submit their documents and supporting evidence; Verify assesses the submission against the assurance, key information and legislative requirements in scope.

Instead of working through every submission line by line to find what is absent, reviewing teams start with the gaps: missing documents or supporting evidence, incomplete key data and legislative requirements that need further information or review. Clients see what to provide, and reviewers spend their time on judgement, not searching.

A readiness score, backed by findings

Every assessment gives a readiness score out of 100%. The percentage summarises the assessment against its defined requirements, and a higher score reflects a more complete submission within that scope.

The findings remain essential: a missing critical requirement may need attention regardless of the overall percentage. The score supports human review. It is not a legal opinion, an approval or a compliance certificate, and reviewing teams keep responsibility for the decisions that allow work to proceed.

Stratal Verify runs as a secure cloud service, so there is nothing to install. Clients submit information and reviewing teams access assessments, scores and findings through a modern web browser. Each customer organisation works in its own workspace, with access arranged by the Stratal team.

A dedicated desktop application and mobile and tablet applications are planned to follow.

Stratal Verify is a dedicated document assurance service within the Stratal ecosystem.
