This notice explains the information collected through this sales website and how to contact Stratal about it.

A demonstration request also asks for operating context such as company, role, sector, workforce size and primary requirement. Phone is optional. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personnel information or confidential client records.
Stratal uses this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested demonstration and discuss an appropriate deployment. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Enquiries submitted through the form are held in private website storage for authorised website administrators. The form does not publish your information. If you contact sales by email, your message is handled through the sales mailbox. Website hosting also processes technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.
This build does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. If you arrive through a campaign link, limited source information such as UTM parameters or an advertising click identifier can be kept in session storage for the current browsing session and included with an enquiry you choose to submit. This is used to understand where that sales enquiry came from. External referrer information is reduced to the referring hostname.
Contact sales@stratal.co.uk to ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion. Enquiry records should be reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed for the sales discussion or relevant record-keeping. This notice covers the sales website; customer deployments have their own data-governance arrangements.
